Sneak Peek at Dining Venues at Carsins Run at Eva Mar

When Carsins Run at Eva Mar opens its doors, it will offer four different dining options—each with an expertly crafted menu guaranteed to delight your taste buds, state-of-the-art cooking equipment and appliances, and unique styles and features. All four venues will be designed and built to complement Carsins Runs’ warm and inviting atmosphere. Hannon’s Pub, our sports-themed bar and lounge, will serve a handcrafted cocktail created uniquely for Carsins Run. Residents are certain to find our talented, personable and dedicated staff always available to answer questions to help ensure a consistently positive dining experience.

Dining venues at Carsins Run will feature all the variety one may find while walking down “Main Street.” Each will stand out due to their distinct ambiences and unique feel. Family and friends of residents are always welcome to join in the fun at any of the Carsins Run Club House dining venues.

A fresh take on dining! High-quality, locally grown ingredients make dining at Carsins Run a pure pleasure.

Of course, not every meal has to be a full-service dining experience at Carsins Run. Barrington Bistro is a casual spot that offers à la carte items—perfect when you’re craving a snack after a workout at the fitness center, or you need a little something while exploring the walking trails around campus. Residents can also take advantage of our convenient “room service delivery,” available with some of the dining venues. Nelson Streett, Director of Food & Hospitality Services, states, “While all of our dining venues are located in our club house, it’s comforting to know you can opt to have meals delivered right to your door.”

Each month, residents will have a flexible dining plan with a credit balance available to spend at any dining venue. What happens if you don’t spend all your dining dollars? “Any unused dollars will be rolled over into the next month, for use during that quarter,” says Nelson.

“Because Carsins Run recognizes the importance of quality and nutrition, the main goal is to source locally as much as possible,” adds Nelson. Carsins Run is committed to using quality and locally grown sources as they become available. No matter the season, there will always be something fresh! Home-style soups will be made daily, and each meal will be chock full of quality ingredients prepared by our team of culinary experts. “You’ll find no processed deli meats here, except perhaps bacon and sausage,” chuckles Nelson.

In addition to a variety of menus, all four venues will offer vegetarian and gluten-free options throughout the day and evening to meet diverse dietary needs. Carsins Run will have an accredited dietician on board to help accommodate unique dietary restrictions.

Carsins Run Food and Dining Services are working hard behind the scenes to ensure these venues more than meet resident expectations. If you have any suggestions or connections with local food vendors, let us know. Also, keep an eye out for future focus groups. Carsins Run values the insight and feedback of our Charter Members as well as current prospects.
